Lionel Messi Keeps On Breaking Records.

Lionel MessiF.C. Barcelona’s goal scoring ace has added another milestone to his continuing list of achievements. This Tuesday he scored three goals during Barcelona’s 4-0 win over APOEL in the Champions league to overtake Real Madrid’s former striker Raul to become the Champions League leading scorer of all time. Currently standing with a goal count of 74. Three more than Raul. Earlier this week he scored three goals against Sevilla to become Spain’s Primera Division’s top scorer with 253 goals in 289 matches. During the 2012 calendar year he scored 91 goals, for both club and Country. These records are added to the record four consecutive Ballon d’Or trophies he was awarded. Also in his trophy cabinet are three European Golden Shoe Awards. His Team awards are just as impressive . With Barcelona, Messi has won six La Ligas, two Copas del Rey, six Supercopas de España, three UEFA Champions Leagues, two UEFA Super Cups and two Club World Cups. With Argentina he won a 2008 Olympic Gold Medal. He is just getting started. He is only 27 years old. Much more to come.
