Tiger Woods may be one of us after all.

This weekend he set himself up for the win at the Wyndham Championship. A lot was on the line. A desperately sought after win. Entry into the Barclay Championships and one step closer to the overall PGA Tour win record, currently held by Sam Snead at 80. (It used to be more, but he was denied a few tournament victories along the way). The event was his to win, as few participants were of his peer. Many of them scored very well, and eight of them had a better last day. The “process” is working. The swing is starting to look better, the walk is more confident, and the putting prowess has returned. But at times, Tiger succumbs to the pressure. A drive that goes left at an inopportune time, a chip shot that is skulled across the green. The head drops, and Tiger looks human, if only for a moment. Tiger Looks like “us” Empathy becomes apparent. But…… of the thirty seven million golfers in the USA, over thirty million of them said under their breath “I can do better than that”
