“Kill Bill” released in 2003, may have been Quentin Tarantino’s fifth film but it was as well received as those that had gone before it. Best described as a “revenge film” it drew its cinematic style from earlier Japanese Martial Arts, Spaghetti Westerns, and Italian Horror films. Tarantino has been called “the single most influential director of his generation” and “Kill Bill” only reinforced that theory. A 20x16 created image of Uma Thurman as “The Bride” in Kill Bill, printed on canvas serves as the back drop for this ready to hang memorabilia. An 8x10 in role image as “The Bride” is authentically signed by Thurman in blue felt tip pen. David Carradine as “Bill” has signed a limited edition Inkworks card, also in blue felt tip pen. Matted and framed as shown with red and gold matt outlining the background image, the signed 8x10, the signed card, and the black and gold informative plates. A replica Japanese sword, resplendent with its black lacquered sheath, is outlined in contrasting gold matt. Assembled on a black fabric background with the popular black slope frame it has an approximate overall size of 28x28x2 inches. Signature Royale lifetime guarantee of authenticity, with its own, individually numbered, Certificate of Authenticity.
